Europe’s most prestigious property industry event awards Mignon Potenza five stars.
The best real estate, architecture and interior design from across the length and breadth of Europe were recently celebrated at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. Mignon Potenza won the Best Real Estate Agency Website for Italy and was awarded five stars – the highest accolade in the category.
The event, in association with Yamaha and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), is part of The International Property Awards, and open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The winners of the European Property Awards are awarded after an intensive judging process led by Sir. David M. C. Michels, President of Hilton foundation, who chairs a panel of over 60 experts covering every aspect of the property business.
The next stage of the awards’ programme is for top scoring five-star winners of each category to be re-judged against those from the other regions to determine the ultimate World’s Best winners. These will be announced at the grand final to be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on Friday, December 7th.
Donna Mignon, Director of Mignon Potenza commented, “The fact that we have won the highest category accolade for such a prestigious awards event is a wonderful honour. As we serve an international audience, we always knew that our website was our shop window to the world, so we have always ensured it was the best it could be. To be recognised as the best real estate agency website in Italy has confirmed to us that we’re giving our clients exactly what they require”.
The Mignon Potenza website provides a full range of services for international buyers seeking to purchase property in Italy. Covering both residential and commercial real estate, it enables visitors to search for properties from city centre apartments to exclusive island castles or from small B&Bs to high-end hotels. The site can be viewed in languages including English, Italian, Russian, Dutch, French, German and Chinese.
President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield, says, “We had entries from 29 different European countries this year including Serbia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan which all entered for the first time. The level of competition was extremely high and we now wait to see how many international accolades Europe can achieve when competing against the rest of the world.”
